To tell the truth, I don't like running very much simple, because I find it boring even if I listen something during.I know running is one of the most important activities for health, but this is how I feel.<br />

Fortunately, I have just found a great video called TreeRunner which inspired me very much. This guy uses the trees to make his running more funny and adventurous. <br />

A stability ball seems to be simple equipment, but it is a very useful tool to work your entire body. We can use it for several workouts such as yoga, pilates, body weight trainings and even for weight workouts. <br />
